Stay near the Convention Centre
Preferential Summit rates have been arranged with selected hotels near the Kigali Convention Centre. Rates below are per person, per night, on a bed-and-breakfast basis.

Practical travel information
Visa Information
Rwanda offers a visa-friendly entry process for many travellers, including visa-on-arrival for numerous countries. Verify the latest entry requirements with the nearest Rwandan diplomatic mission. Invitation letters may be provided to registered delegates where required.
Getting to Kigali
Most international delegates arrive through Kigali International Airport, approximately 15–20 minutes from the Convention Centre, served by a growing network of regional and international airlines.
Weather in September
September is part of Kigali's dry season — daytime 24–29°C, evenings 14–18°C, mostly dry and comfortable. Light business attire by day; a light jacket for evenings.
Electricity & Connectivity
Rwanda uses 230V electricity with plug types C, E and F. Wi-Fi is widely available at hotels and venues; international delegates may wish to bring a travel adapter.
