Registration and Refund Policy
- Registrations completed online may be cancelled within seven days of payment. After this period, registration fees are non-refundable.
- Delegate substitutions from the same organisation may be made free of charge up to five business days before the Summit.
- If the Summit is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new event date, and further arrangements will be communicated to registered delegates.
- If the Summit is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees will be refunded in full within 30 days.
- The organisers will not be responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or other costs incurred by delegates.
